Business Analyst / System Analyst
Responsibility
Initiate and conduct meetings with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and identify client needs.
Actively participate in client discussions to clarify requirements and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate between clients and internal teams to communicate requirements and provide regular project status updates.
System Design & Modeling: Create data models, process flows, data flow diagrams, and source-to-target mappings for software and ETL (extract, transform, load) modules.
Participate in end-to-end project activities, ensuring the system is fully developed, tested, and completed prior to client delivery.
Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to ensure clients fully understand and can effectively use the system.
Maintain and support system scripts by investigating and resolving issues such as reconciliation failures or changes in source data.
Perform root cause analysis, fix issues, and redeploy updated scripts to ensure system accuracy and continuity.
Develop new or enhanced SQL scripts when necessary to support project operations and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2– 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience with data warehousing, big data, or business intelligence (BI) solutions.
Experience in the banking, telecommunications, or insurance industries is an advantage.
Proactive and self-motivated, with strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
Strong communication skills are a plus, along with good English communication and writing abilities.
