Business Analyst

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science / IT / Computing / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• 2+ years’ experience in System Analysis & Design with Java training/certification, OR 1+ year in MINDEF/SAF Java EE projects.

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, BRD, functional specifications and solution design.

• Experience in process analysis, UAT, test planning and implementation support.

• Good stakeholder management, analytical and documentation skills.

• ServiceNow experience is an advantage.
