Business Analyst Technical Lead
Summary
The Business Analyst Technical Lead acts as the product owner for the ARIS platform, managing its administration, governance, and integration while leading a service delivery pod. The role requires extensive experience in BPM, ITIL practices, and stakeholder management within a regulated environment.
• Own ARIS as product/business owner (or equivalent process repository), accountable for availability, performance, and user experience.
• Administer ARIS environments: configuration, user/role management, access controls, licensing, upgrades/patching coordination, and release planning.
• Define and maintain ARIS standards: modelling conventions, meta-model governance, naming standards, version control, and repository structure.
• Manage integrations and data flows with reporting, workflow tools, document repositories, and CMDB/service tools (where applicable).
• Oversee platform risk management: audit trails, evidence capture, retention, and controls aligned to internal policy and regulatory expectations.
• Provide support and problem management for ARIS incidents; drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes; support periodic version upgrades.
• Lead the RTB pod: stability, incident/problem/change management, service requests, continuous improvement; run agile/lean ceremonies; own SLAs/SLOs and operational metrics.
• Senior stakeholder & people leadership: act as ARIS SME/trusted advisor, facilitate executive workshops, define reporting/dashboard requirements, coach pod members, and build resilience (runbooks/cross-skilling).
Ensure to meet the following requirements:
• Proven hands-on ARIS administration (user/role design, repository governance, configuration, upgrades, and support).
• Strong service delivery leadership using ITIL practices (Incident/Problem/Change/Request).
• Audit/regulatory operating experience with a strong control mindset and evidence-based delivery.
• Reporting and integration patterns experience (APIs, data extracts, automation) is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to translate technical/process topics for senior stakeholders.
• ARIS modelling governance & standards knowledge (BPMN/EPC/other notations as applicable).
• Core competencies: operational resilience mindset; metrics-driven performance management; agile/lean in operations; stakeholder management/influencing; structured problem solving.
Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
## Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
* 5–8+ years of experience in Leading the Business Process Modeling for Retail.
* 3+ years of experience delivering BPM thru ARIS. Experience across process architecture, enterprise tooling administration, and/or operational service leadership in a regulated environment (retail services strongly preferred).
* Experience working with engineering, product, program, business/end users, vendors and stakeholders.
* Experience managing enterprise-scale BPM programs.
