Business Analyst
About the role
This role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing sales, inventory, and customer data across both Thai Pasithi and TPS Bearing branches. You will build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking sales performance, KPI achievement, and operational metrics, while supporting the Sales and Management teams with data-backed insights for forecasting, pricing, and stock planning. You will partner with HR to analyze workforce and KPI governance data, identify trends and opportunities across product lines, and prepare regular business performance reports and presentations for leadership.
Key responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze sales, inventory, and customer data across both Thai Pasithi and TPS Bearing branches
Build and maintain dashboards/reports tracking sales performance, KPI achievement, and operational metrics
Support the Sales and Management teams with data-backed insights for forecasting, pricing, and stock planning
Partner with HR to analyze workforce and KPI governance data (headcount, performance tracking, target attainment)
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across product lines (bearings, vibration monitoring, lubrication)
Prepare regular business performance reports and presentations for leadership
Recommend process or data-quality improvements to support the company's ongoing digital/data initiatives
About you
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role (fresh graduates with strong analytical projects welcome to apply)
Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions/pivot tables); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a strong plus
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Good communication skills in English and Thai
Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, HR, and Management teams
Experience in industrial/manufacturing/distribution sectors is an advantage but not required
