We are looking for a Business Analyst Trainee to join our Consolidation team in the Planning and Controlling department, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…

• Support management activities, including the planning and budgeting process, monitoring the profit and loss (P&L) statement, and tracking business performance;
• Monitor, manage, and automate activities related to the monthly financial closing process;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the quality and accuracy of data and results;
• Analyse operational and productivity KPIs;
• Monitor and analyse the performance of MC's retail businesses, real estate operations, head office, and other support functions;
• Develop analyses and analytical tools to support decision-making;
• Conduct studies and analyses, identifying improvement opportunities and challenging operational practices to drive the development of the area.

• Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Knowledge of SQL and Power BI (preferred);
• Proactive and dynamic mindset;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Agility in data handling and analysis;
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
• Curiosity to understand and learn about the business;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
