Business Analyst

· Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst

· Strong functional knowledge of financial product & regulatory reporting

· Skilled in data analysis using database queries (SQL/Oracle/Sybase).

· Knowledge of ESAP/MIFID2/SFTR/EMIR/any APAC transaction regulatory reporting principles is desirable.

· Experience of Global market processes, e.g., pricing, and Sales/Trader workflow is a plus

· Exposure in Microservices-based architecture, Kibana, Collibra is a plus

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think out of box.

· Excellent communications and proven documentation capabilities.

· Knowledge of FPML & XML/XSLT/XPath would be an added advantage.

· Knowledge of European and/or Asian transaction regulatory reporting requirements will be an advantage.

Skill in usingGenerative AI tools for analysis with proper guardrails will be an advantage
