Business Analyst

· Possess degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, orrelated discipline

· Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the ICT industry and/or Governmentprocurement

· Experience in Government e-procurement systems, tender evaluation and contract negotiation will be advantageous

· Familiarity with Government IM on Procurement will be advantageous

· Good knowledge of ICT procurement and contract management practices

· Understanding of ICT market trends and pricing models

· Experience in managing Cloud, Software as a Service (SaaS), and/or Agile projects will beadvantageous

· Participation in full software or product development cycles will be advantageous

· Proven experience in IT business analysis

· Experience in automation of Contract Management Systems or have built tools usingGenerative AI, such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Co-pilot, for the optimization of procurement and contract management and operations will be advantageous
