Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and workflow diagrams
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business objectives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or tech environment
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
