Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to elicit requirements and drive alignment
- Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and workflow documentation
- Collaborate with software developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, and issues to key stakeholders
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology environment
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders
- Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
