Our client is a growing healthcare organisation experiencing significant growth through acquisition. As we continue to expand, we're seeking a Transformation Analyst to help shape how the organisation scales, improves processes and adopts technology across multiple business functions.
Working closely with senior leaders across Corporate Services, you'll partner with stakeholders across HR, workforce planning, marketing, compliance and operations to identify opportunities, solve business challenges and deliver meaningful improvements.
This is a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to executive leadership while owning your own portfolio of transformation initiatives from concept through to delivery.

What You'll Be Doing
- Gather and document business requirements across a range of corporate functions
- Map current and future state business processes
- Identify process improvement opportunities and help design practical solutions
- Partner with technical teams to support the delivery of digital and automation initiatives
- Develop business cases, benefits tracking and reporting materials
- Maintain transformation registers, actions and governance documentation
- Support the implementation of Power Platform, automation and AI-enabled solutions
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and updates for senior stakeholders and leadership teams

To be successful, you'll bring:
- Around 1-3 years' experience in business analysis, process improvement, systems administration or transformation-related work
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills
- Experience documenting business processes, workflows or business requirements
- A naturally curious mindset and passion for improving how work gets done
- Confidence working across both business and technology stakeholders
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to HRIS, workforce management, rostering, onboarding or compliance systems
- Power BI, Power Automate or SharePoint experience
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity or automate processes
- Healthcare, aged care, disability or community services experience
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades or business improvement initiatives
