We're seeking a highly capable Business Analyst to support two major enterprise transformation programs focused on improving endpoint security, modernising end-user computing environments, and enabling more flexible digital experiences for thousands of users. The Opportunity
Working across two high-profile programs, you will partner with technical and business stakeholders to drive discovery, analysis, requirements gathering and solution planning activities.
Key initiatives include:

• Endpoint security and device management transformation
• Cloud platform consolidation and modern workplace technologies
• Cyber security uplift initiatives
• Virtual desktop and application delivery improvements
• Technology service optimisation and operational efficiency programs
• Transition and change activities supporting new technology capabilities

This role will suit someone who enjoys navigating ambiguity, engaging diverse stakeholder groups and turning complex business and technical challenges into clear, actionable outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead requirements elicitation workshops with technical and business stakeholders
• Analyse current-state processes, systems and operating models
• Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts, including process maps, requirements documentation and gap analysis
• Support solution design and option evaluation activities
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, prioritisation and decision-making
• Contribute to testing, quality assurance and change management activities
• Develop future-state process designs and implementation recommendations
• Support delivery teams throughout project lifecycle activities
• Ensure traceability between business requirements, solutions and outcomes

What We're Looking For
Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large and complex enterprise environments
• Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Demonstrated experience conducting discovery, current-state assessments and gap analysis
• Experience developing process maps and business analysis artefacts using BPMN or similar methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Experience supporting project delivery, testing and change activities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing stakeholder demands
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly Regarded

• Experience in cyber security, endpoint management or modern workplace programs
• Exposure to Microsoft Intune, Jamf, endpoint security platforms or device management environments
• Experience supporting cloud migration or digital transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of VDI, application streaming or end-user computing environments
• Experience working with JIRA, Zephyr or similar project delivery tools
• Familiarity with governance, compliance and technology operating frameworks
