Business Analyst (TSPV)
Summary
An initial 12-month on-site contract (with two 12-month extension options) for a TSPV-cleared Business Analyst within an Australian Federal Government directorate in Canberra. The role investigates, analyses and documents business goals and processes, performs root-cause analysis, and collaborates with stakeholders, project managers, system architects and developers.
Our Federal Government client is seeking TSPV-cleared Business Analysts to methodically investigate, analyse, review and document all or part of a business in terms of business goals, objectives, functions and processes. This role will involve working with business stakeholders, project managers, system architects and development personnel, sitting within the directorate responsible for designing, developing and delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.
This will be an initial 12-month contract role with 2 x 12-month extensions, available on-site in Canberra (ACT). Candidates must have a TSPV clearance at the time of application.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Investigates business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity
- Adopts holistic view to identify and analyse problems and opportunities
- Conducts root cause analysis and identifies recommendations for improvements
- Engages and collaborates with operational stakeholders
- Contributes to the definition of organisational standards and guidelines for business situation analysis
