Business Analyst (UAT & System Enhancement)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Analyst to support the delivery of business and system enhancement initiatives. The successful candidate will lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, coordinate with business and IT teams, manage testing deliverables, and provide post‑implementation support to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Testing & Quality Assurance
Develop UAT strategy, test plans, scenarios, and cases
Execute end‑to‑end UAT activities and ensure coverage of business requirements
Facilitate defect triage and regression testing
Monitor progress, report metrics, and assess risks
Stakeholder Coordination
Act as liaison between business users, project teams, and IT
Provide updates in project meetings
User Support & Training
Advise users on system functions and testing activities
Support rollout and stabilization
Production Support
Handle system enquiries and resolve production issues with IT and business teams
Other Duties
Perform assignments as required to support business objectives
Requirements
Education: Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines
Experience:
Minimum 7 years in system testing, UAT coordination, business analysis, or project implementation
Proven track record in large‑scale UAT management
Insurance/financial services background preferred
Technical Skills:
JIRA or defect management tools
SQL for data verification
Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong knowledge of test management and defect tracking
