- Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis in banking domain
- Good knowledge of Credit Risk or Portfolio Management reporting
- Experience in analyzing & capturing functional & non-functional requirements for long-term and short-term projects
- Ability to work with a group of stakeholders to agreed outcomes and actions
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Hands on working experience of working in agile & devops best practices
- Experience working with offshore development, analysis & test teams
