Business Analyst Co-founders Office

We are looking for a Business Analyst Co-founders Office to support business analysis, performance tracking, management reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires someone who can analyse business data, identify performance trends and gaps, and translate findings into actionable insights to support leadership decision-making and business execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business planning, reporting, and performance tracking across sales, revenue, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Prepare MIS reports, KPI trackers, dashboards, and business presentations for management review.
• Analyse metrics, trends, variances, and performance gaps.
• Investigate changes in business performance and identify relevant findings, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate data analysis into actionable insights, business implications, and recommended next steps.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Technology, and Product teams.
• Track projects, action items, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Assist with market research, competitor analysis, business planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide executive and coordination support to leadership, including meeting agendas, MOMs, communications, and follow-ups, as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably 4–8 years.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of business metrics, KPIs, performance tracking, and management reporting.
• Ability to analyse trends, variances, and performance gaps and explain findings in business terms.
• Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Postgraduate qualification preferred, but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other business intelligence tools.
• Experience in Business Analysis, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Business Performance, Revenue/Sales Operations, or related roles.
• Experience working with founders, senior leadership, or leadership offices.
