We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Analyst who will enjoy the challenges that come with delivering transformational change across our Wealth business.
You will take ownership of analysis deliverables on complex initiatives, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to support solution design, process and technology change, and successful delivery to BAU.

The team
Schroders’ Wealth Transformation team has a remit across the transformation lifecycle from strategy to execution. We collaborate with our business and technology partners across the Schroders Group to enable our Cazenove and Schroders International Wealth business to thrive in an increasingly competitive, regulated and margin pressured global landscape by shaping, mobilising and delivering both transformational and essential change to allow the business to grow profitably while providing high levels of investment performance and client experience.
The base
We moved into our new HQ in the City of London in 2018. We’re close to our clients, in the heart of the UK’s financial centre and we have everything we need to work flexibly.
What you'll do
As a Business Analyst within the Wealth Transformation team, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering change initiatives across the Wealth business. Working closely with business, technology and delivery teams, you will analyse business needs, support solution design, and help ensure successful implementation of change that delivers tangible business value and an enhanced client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality business analysis to support transformational and essential change across the Wealth business.
Capture, analyse and document business requirements, process flows, and solution options, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, technology, and third parties to support the definition of effective, pragmatic solutions to complex business challenges.
Contribute to the design and implementation of process, organisational and system change, supporting smooth transition of solutions into business-as-usual operations.
Support preparation and execution of user acceptance testing, ensuring delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements and quality standards.
Maintain clear analysis documentation, providing a clear audit trail for compliance and governance purposes.
Communicate analysis findings, recommendations, and progress updates clearly and succinctly to stakeholders, project managers and transformation leads.
Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner for analysis, solution design, and change delivery.
Apply business analysis best practice, sharing knowledge and contributing to continuous improvement of the team’s ways of working and project outcomes.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
Exposure to the Wealth Management and/or Asset Management industries.
Proven experience delivering business analysis across a variety of change initiatives, taking ownership of analysis deliverables.
Knowledge of core business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution evaluation.
Experience defining business requirements, analysing business problems and supporting the design of process, organisational and technology change.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across business and technology teams, actively championing collaboration and shared outcomes.
Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and within delivery frameworks such as Agile and Waterfall.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate complex information clearly.
Logical and structured thinker, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks through to completion.
Educated to at least undergraduate degree level.
Basic professional qualifications related to wealth management and/or business analysis (such as BCS / ISEB) are desirable.
Demonstrates resilience, adaptability and commitment to high standards and continuous improvement.
Strong team player, building positive relationships across business and technology teams.
