Job Description: Business Analyst (AI-Enabled Product
& Digital Transformation)
We are looking for a highly analytical and forward-thinking
Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders, product
teams, engineering teams, and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will
have strong business analysis fundamentals, experience in enterprise software
products, and hands-on exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and
process automation initiatives.
The role requires gathering and translating
business requirements into functional solutions, driving product enhancements,
identifying process improvement opportunities, and leveraging AI technologies
to create business value
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering
- Expertise in BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Mapping & Stakeholder Management
- Experience working on Software Products, SaaS, Enterprise Applications, or Digital Transformation initiatives
- Exposure to AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, or AI-powered business solutions
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation within business processes
- Drive process improvements and support successful project delivery
