Day to day, the analyst analyzes business processes, writes functional specs and user stories, manages change requests, and uses SQL for data analysis, ideally with exposure to financial systems like payments and banking.

Role: Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid, Lisbon & Porto, Portugal
Required skills:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional role.
- Strong experience in business process analysis, functional design, and writing clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Experience managing change requests, impact analysis, and supporting the full application lifecycle.
- Good knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile environments.
- Previous experience with financial systems (payments, asset management, or banking) is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Fluent English is mandatory; French is a plus.
