Assignment Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with over 7 years of professional experience, focused on leveraging Copilot Studio to develop agents for business needs. The incumbent will play a vital role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements while effectively bridging communication between business and technical teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Build agents using Copilot Studio skills.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Model processes and create functional specifications.
• Utilize prioritization techniques and refine backlogs.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting.
• Manage requirements using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Document requirements and ensure traceability using the ALM (IBM) suite (RNG, EWM, ETM).
• Write specifications with strong redactional skills.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficient in Copilot Studio skills.
• Strong capability in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between business and technical teams.
• Experience with process modeling and creating functional specifications.
• Familiarity with prioritization techniques and backlog refinement.
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting mechanisms.
• Proficient with requirements management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience using the ALM (IBM) suite (RNG, EWM, ETM).
• Demonstrated ability in writing comprehensive specifications.

Nice to Have

• Business Analyst certifications such as CBAP and PMI-PBA are a plus.
