Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into FRD/BRD.

Facilitate workshops and align business and IT stakeholders.

Support UAT activities including test planning, execution, and validation.

Manage change requests and support post-go-live activities.
Qualifications

2–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or system projects.

Strong documentation skills (requirements, user stories, process flows).

Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to perform basic data validation or SQL analysis.
