Business Analyst

KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:

Requirements Analysis & Business Research

· Conduct business requirement investigations, including collection, analysis, documentation, and validation.

· Translate business needs into executable deliverables such as business process flows, user journeys, and functional design specifications.

· Prepare requirement analysis documents, user stories, process documentation, and other relevant artifacts.

Participation in Digitalization Projects & Solution Design

· Participate in the planning and solution design of departmental digitalization, automation, and intelligent system projects.

· Under the guidance of mentors, support the digital transformation of biopharmaceutical business processes, including data acquisition, business platform development, bioreactor automation scenarios, AI/algorithm applications, etc.

Cross‑functional Communication & Coordination

· Maintain frequent communication with business users, development teams, project managers, and vendors to ensure accurate understanding and delivery of requirements.

· Support requirement change management, track development progress, and assist in acceptance of project deliverables.

Project Management Support

· Be familiar with project management frameworks, supporting requirement management, risk identification, and issue tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

· Assist in preparing project documents, solution presentations, and participate in cross‑team meetings and reviews.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Background

· Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Automation or related disciplines are preferred.

· Interest in biopharmaceuticals, intelligent manufacturing, or digital transformation is sufficient; domain knowledge can be developed on the job.

· Strong business understanding and logical thinking, capable of identifying deep‑rooted requirements and core pain points.

· Fast learner, with enthusiasm for new technologies (e.g., AI tools, data analysis tools).

· Excellent communication skills, capable of structuring ideas clearly and driving conversations.

· Strong teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility, and service mindset.

Technical & Tool Proficiency

· Basic solution design and prototyping skills; familiar with at least one prototyping tool such as Axure, Figma, or MockingBot.

· Proficient in office software including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Xmind, etc.

Language Proficiency

· Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

· Semiconductor industry experience is a plus (e.g., equipment automation, manufacturing execution, yield/quality data workflows).

· Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and terminology (e.g., fab operations, process control, traceability) is preferred.

· Academic or project experience related to biopharmaceuticals, automation control, or intelligent manufacturing.

· Basic understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, or machine learning.

· Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.

· Experience participating in digitalization, automation, or intelligent system projects (coursework, internships, competitions accepted).

Experience with AI tools or proficient prompting capability (e.g., for workflow automation, data processing, or process optimization).
