SBA demand for TOM (Target Operating Model)

• Strong business analysis capability (primary focus – 60-65%)
  
• Operating Model knowledge and experience (Lead (as BA role with allocated Service) future‑state process and operating model design, build and embed activities including process mapping, workshops, accountability models (e.g. RASCI), and alignment to value chains or capabilities)
  
• Technical & data awareness (40%)- Act as a bridge between business intent and solution delivery, supporting translation of TOM requirements into solution‑level considerations
  
• Tools and tracking through Visio, JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint to name a few
