Requirements

Skills and Experience

• Business Analysis Expertise:
  

  3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology, fin-tech, or compliance-related company.
  

  Strong understanding of web and mobile app development processes and data pipelines.
  

• Technical Acumen:
  

  Familiarity with APIs, databases (e.g., MongoDB, Postgres), and data flow processes is a plus.
  

  Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
  

• Requirements Management:
  

  Proven ability to gather, document, and manage requirements effectively.
  

  Hands-on experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams

Job Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering and Analysis

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for web and mobile app features, as well as data pipelines.
  
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  
• Develop user stories, wireframes, and process flow diagrams to communicate requirements effectively.
  

Collaboration with Development Teams

• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented accurately.
  
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to support Agile development processes.
  
• Collaborate with designers to refine UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
  

Data Pipeline Oversight

• Analyze data flow requirements for the platform’s data pipelines, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and alignment with business needs.
  
• Work with data engineers to define data integration, transformation, and reporting requirements.
  
• Validate data pipeline outputs to ensure they meet functional and business specifications.
  

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for requirements, processes, and deliverables.
  
• Generate clear and concise reports on project progress, issues, and recommendations.
  

Stakeholder Engagement

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and gather feedback.
  
• Conduct training sessions or create user guides for new features to ensure successful adoption.
  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Requirements Accuracy: Ensure 95% of requirements are implemented without major revisions.
  
• Delivery Timeliness: Contribute to on-time delivery of key features for web, mobile, and data pipelines.
  
• Stakeholder Satisfaction: Maintain positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Issue Resolution: Ensure all documented issues are resolved within agreed-upon timelines.
  
• Documentation Quality: Produce comprehensive and clear documentation for 100% of assigned projects.
