Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements:- We require 4+ years of experience within a UK financial advice or wealth management business in a Business Analyst role.
- We require a strong understanding of the end-to-end adviser journey, including onboarding, fact-finding, suitability, implementation and ongoing servicing.
- We require a good understanding of where advisers and paraplanners experience operational friction, with the ability to turn those challenges into practical improvements.
- We require experience improving business processes and operational efficiency.
- We require confidence facilitating workshops, challenging existing processes and translating operational knowledge into workable business solutions.
- We require excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- We require strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Nice to have: experience with CRM systems, adviser platforms, workflow tools or client portals.
- Nice to have: Power BI, Excel or MI reporting experience.
- Nice to have: knowledge of FCA-regulated environments and Consumer Duty.
- Nice to have: experience supporting UAT, system migrations or technology-enabled change.
- We work with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
- We run workshops, interviews and process discovery sessions with advisers, paraplanners and operational teams.
- We map current and future state processes.
- We support project discovery and requirements gathering activities.
- We map and improve the end-to-end adviser and client journey, from onboarding and fact-finding through to suitability, implementation and annual reviews.
- We use operational and client data to measure the impact of change and identify further improvement opportunities.
- We support the development and enhancement of our client portal.
- We assist with testing, implementation and change adoption activities.
- We work closely with technology teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood.

We are building a dedicated Business Analysis & Change function and offering the opportunity to join at an early stage, with significant exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives. This is a hybrid role based in Bristol, with approximately two days per week in the office.
