Business Analyst - Zafin P&P Experience

What You'll Do
- Translate complex pricing, product, and fee requirements into Zafin configuration rules and user stories.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Legal, Risk, and Tech teams to map and document workflows and business logic.
- Lead UAT cycles, manage defect tracking, and support go-live activities.
- Be the functional bridge between business strategy and technical execution on the Zafin platform.
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years working with Zafin Product & Pricing modules (e.g., Rates, Fees, Tiering, Deal Billing).
- 5+ years BA experience, ideally in banking, fintech, or pricing-heavy environments.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery skills (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Experience in UAT planning, training users, and supporting rollout phases.
- Must be based in Melbourne and hold Australian work rights.

- Zafin certifications or experience across multiple modules
- API integration exposure (Zafin, Core Banking)
- Familiarity with product lifecycle or revenue modelling tools
