To support future growth, we are looking to strengthen and automate our learning analytics and reporting capabilities. During this internship, you will help build sustainable solutions that provide valuable insights into learning needs, training effectiveness, and employee engagement. Your assignment In this internship, you will explore existing reporting processes, analyze data, and develop solutions that support smarter decision-making for learning and development. You will work closely with stakeholders to improve reporting efficiency and create scalable analytics solutions. Your main responsibilities will be: - Analyze training catalog data, learning needs, and participation metrics - Investigate existing reporting tools, systems, and data sources - Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation - Develop dashboards and automated reporting solutions - Advise on suitable methods for reporting and process improvement - Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders - Document solutions and create handover materials to ensure sustainability This is a bachelor/master thesis internship for a minimum of 5 months, minimum 4 days per week (3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as of February 2027.
