Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full-Time Lecturer in Hospitality and Business to join our academic team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures and tutorials in Hospitality Management and Business subjects to enhance student learning outcomes
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, assessments, and learning resources aligned with curriculum goals
- Guide and mentor students to support their academic progress and professional development
- Monitor student performance and provide targeted academic support to improve learning results
- Participate actively in curriculum development, quality assurance processes, and academic administration tasks
- Contribute to industry engagement initiatives and institutional projects to strengthen academic-industry linkages
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred
- Relevant teaching experience in higher education, private education institutions, or professional training environments
- Industry experience in hospitality, tourism, hotel management, business management, or related sectors
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students and colleagues
- Ability to teach a diverse range of hospitality and business subjects
- Familiarity with student-centred learning approaches and educational technologies is advantageous
