Business Application Assistant Manager
Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱90,000 per month
About the role
This role involves maintaining and optimizing the Yana DMS system according to business unit standards, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on workflow mapping, and supporting the rollout and implementation of Yana DMS across dealer operations. You will gather operational requirements, support data migration and integration, and provide functional support to key users during system implementation.
Key responsibilities
Maintain system flow according to business unit standards of MMPC business units
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for workflow mapping and optimization
Perform data cleansing and utilization
Provide post-implementation system training and orientation for key users and end users
Identify system risks and propose system improvements
Gather dealer operational requirements and identify critical points in dealer business processes
Support with data migration and integration
Deliver system implementation and functional support to dealer key users
Contribute to efficient planning of system implementation-related activities
About you
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Accounting, or any related course
3 years' experience in Requirement definition and Implementation of major business applications and ERP systems (ex., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.)
Experience with end-user training, data cleansing, and utilization
Detail-oriented with business process acuity
