Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Application Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain business applications that support organizational operations. The candidate should have strong programming skills, knowledge of database management, and the ability to develop efficient software solutions based on business requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain business applications according to organizational requirements.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain application features, modules, and functionalities.
• Integrate business applications with databases, ERP systems, and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot application issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and application reports.
• Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and end users to understand application requirements.
• Perform application testing, debugging, and system upgrades.
• Provide technical support and resolve application-related issues.
• Ensure data integrity, application security, and compliance with company standards.

Required Skills

• Business Application Development and Software Programming.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of SQL, database management, and data integration.
• Experience with web application development and APIs.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and business process automation.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Application testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and application deployment is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in software development, cloud computing, or application development are an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience in business application development, software engineering, database management, or enterprise application support.
