Business Applications Support Specialist

Behind every great customer experience is a team of people and systems working seamlessly together. We're looking for a Business Applications Support Specialist to help keep the technology that powers RealNZ running smoothly.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for supporting and enhancing the systems our teams use every day. From troubleshooting issues and supporting upgrades to training users and driving improvements, you'll play a key role in helping our people do their best work.

What you'll be doing

• Providing support and troubleshooting across our business applications.
• Working closely with teams to identify and deliver system improvements.
• Testing new functionality and supporting system upgrades.
• Creating user guides and delivering training to help people get the most from our systems.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure applications remain reliable, effective, and user-friendly.

What you'll bring

• Experience supporting business systems, applications, or technology platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, can-do approach.
• The ability to translate technical information into plain language.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for continuous improvement and finding smarter ways of working.

Bonus points for experience with: Salesforce, Maximo, FareHarbor, Coupa, Navision, SQL, Azure integrations, Power Automate, or IT service management systems.
