Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Associate / Executive – Accounts Receivable to handle the Accounts Receivable function. The role involves managing customer receivables, preparing financial schedules and reports, supporting cash flow forecasting, and providing accurate management information to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Handling customer receivables and controlling customer credit limits.

Preparing exchange bills for LC customers.

Preparing month-end customer schedules.

Preparing monthly cash flow forecasts.
-
Preparing customer credit evaluations and additional customer reports on a need basis.

Preparing variance analysis on collections.

Providing necessary management information to internal and external stakeholders on customer receivables.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualifications
-
Part qualification in a recognized Professional Accounting Institute.

Degree in Finance / Management from a recognized local or foreign university.
Experience
-
2–3 years of prior experience in an accounts receivable function would be an added advantage.
