Business Banking Officer
You contribute to the success of the Peruvian branch network by managing relationships with small businesses, growing and maintaining a profitable client portfolio, evaluating proposals, providing financial advice, selling banking products and services, managing collections, identifying business opportunities, and following risk, compliance, and anti-money-laundering procedures.
Responsibilities
- Promote a customer-centered culture and deepen customer relationships
- Perform operational procedures according to internal and legal requirements
- Develop commercial management for small businesses
- Evaluate client proposals and provide financial advice
- Sell banking products and services
- Apply asset laundering prevention policies
- Evaluate client performance and identify future needs and risks
- Manage client portfolios using bank tools and databases
- Follow up on recovery and collections activities
- Identify commercial areas and business opportunities
- Offer quality service and meet Pulso targets
- Coordinate with internal and external sales forces
- Meet commercial targets by promoting banking products
- Apply the bank’s risk culture to daily decisions
- Maintain effective business controls and reduce operational, regulatory, money-laundering, terrorist-financing, and conduct risks
Requirements
- Technical degree or university studies in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- 2 to 4 years of experience in personal banking business or microenterprise commercial advisory roles
