Business Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team in Tamil Nadu. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and emerging corporate clients. Your primary focus will be on providing tailored financial solutions, including working capital, term loans, overdraft (OD) facilities, and cash credit (CC) options to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME and emerging corporate clients to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate banking solutions. - Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend suitable products such as working capital loans, term loans, and other banking services. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. - Monitor and manage the portfolio of clients to ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. - Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional banking products and services to enhance client relationships. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with the best possible advice.
