Job Description

Randstad is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Change Manager who excels in driving transformation. Central to this role is the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. You will be joining a collaborative department that values enthusiasm and a proactive approach to challenges, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the WA state government sector.

About your new role The Business Change Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of change for a large Operating Model project and other complex transformational initiatives . A core focus of the role involves managing change associated with organisational design and structure by implementing holistic operating model adjustments across processes, governance, business capabilities, data and technology, and work locations .

To ensure successful transitions, the manager will also be tasked with actively influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders, while partnering closely with project teams and Internal Communications advisors to drive consistent and effective messaging throughout the organisation . This is not an ICT or Digitial position What you will need to exceed

Experience as a Business Change Manager, ideally within a similarly sized organisation . Specific experience managing change associated with organisational design and structural changes . A proven track record of leading the delivery of change for complex or transformational projects .

Practical experience implementing holistic operating model changes, which encompasses adjusting processes, governance, business capabilities, data and technology, and work locations. The ability to effectively influence, engage, and work alongside senior stakeholders . The ability to partner closely with project teams and Internal Communications advisors to drive consistent and effective messaging throughout the project .

Exceptional communication skills in a similar corporate environment are listed as a strict requirement . Must have Australian Citizen
