Position: Business Consultant/Transition Manager – Non-IT Transition

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

What We're Looking For

6–10+ years of experience in Transition Management, Business Transformation, Project Management within a Non-IT environment.

Proven experience managing:

• Business Process Transitions & Change management
• Right-shoring / Offshoring Programs
• Knowledge Transfer & Process Migration
• Stakeholder Management across global regions

Preferred Qualifications

• Should be a Graduate.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent Project Management certification
• Experience in Insurance Operations, Financial Services, Shared Services, or Global Business Services (GBS) environments will be a plus.
