Business Consultant - B2B CRM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) and B2B CRM processes. The candidate will translate business requirements into end-to-end solution concepts and support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of global B2B CRM solutions while coordinating with international Agile DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP C4C solution concepts.

- Support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of B2B CRM solutions.

- Manage C4C business objects, customizing, layout adaptations, and organizational structures.

- Handle reporting, territory management, dashboards, and data replication.

- Manage transports, SAP incidents, and connectivity between SAP Cloud and on-premises systems.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders, service providers, and international development teams.

- Collaborate with Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Required Technical Skills:

- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) / SAP Sales Cloud.

- Strong understanding of B2B CRM business processes and SAP system environments.

- Experience with C4C business objects, configuration, and customizing.

- Knowledge of reporting, territory management, dashboard management, and data replication.

- Experience in layout adaptations, transport management, and organizational structure management.

- Understanding of SAP incident management and interfaces between cloud and on-premises systems.

Required Professional Skills:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to coordinate with business teams and service providers.

- Experience working with international teams.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

- Experience using Jira and Confluence.

- Fluency in English.
