Business Consultant / Business Analyst - SaaS

Trace One is seeking a Business Consultant to join its Professional Services team in Milan, Italy. The role involves leading customer workshops, analyzing business needs, and ensuring high-quality software solution delivery. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience as a Business Consultant, strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, and proficiency in both Italian and English. This position may require domestic and occasional international travel, and offers a competitive salary along with a vibrant, multicultural work environment. Lead customer workshops to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements. Collaborate with Enterprise Solution Architect to produce the Business Blueprint. Deliver elements of system design including data migration rules and business rules. Contribute to multiple projects, working closely with Project Managers. Support development, QA, and UAT phases by defining requirements and acceptance criteria. Act as a subject matter expert providing guidance to customers and teams. Support Sales and Pre‑Sales activities including RFPs and solution demonstrations. 5+ years of experience as a Business Consultant delivering software solutions. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Knowledge of and experience in the use of software design and modeling tools, such as UML.
