Business Continuity Manager

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BCM framework aligned with ISO 22301 and regulatory requirements.
• Lead business impact analysis (BIA) and define RTOs and RPOs.
• Conduct risk assessments covering cyber, operational, and third-party disruptions.
• Develop and maintain business continuity plans (BCPs).
• Coordinate disaster recovery (DR) with IT teams.
• Design and execute BCM testing and simulation exercises.
• Support crisis management and incident response.
• Deliver training and awareness programs across the organization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain BCM documentation.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, IT, or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in BCM or operational resilience.
