Business Controller For our client ITAB Shop Concept AB, SAM International A/S is looking for a skilled, ambitious and commercial Business Controller to join the Danish entity. The Company ITAB develops, sells and installs furniture, products and digital solutions for the Danish retail industry and is among the largest suppliers to the retail trade in Europe. ITAB has its own production strategically located around Europe and the world. ITAB is the market leader in Scandinavia and among the largest suppliers to the retail trade in Europe. ITAB Shop Concept AB is listed on the Swedish stock exchange (OMX, Nordic Exchange in Stockholm). ITAB in Denmark has 20 employees counting project managers, sales and customer support, logistics, field service and local stock. The company has two locations - Tåstrup and Ikast respectively - the position is in Tåstrup, and you report directly to the CFO Sweden AB. The Job As a Business Controller, you will work close together with the Sales Director in Denmark and act as his "financial" right hand. Together with the Sales Director you will ensure solid forecasting, develop and manage customer budgets, financial reporting and analysis, and assessment of investments. Ensure that the database continues to be developed and optimized in the form of routines and procedures - and ensure strong financial frameworks in the form of realistic budgets and follow-up on the same. You will work closely with the company's accountant, and it is therefore expected that you have some hands-on experience and insight into debits, credits and balances and can handle monthly reporting to the group. The most important assignments in the job Developing and managing customer budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans Monitoring performance against financial targets and preparing variance reports on customer level Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and revenue growth Responsible for monthly closing and annual reporting Acting as a liaison between financial and non-financial stakeholders. You will work close to the sales force. Qualifications You have a relevant education, HD-R or similar. We imagine that you will have +5 years’ experience from a similar position as a Business Controller, with experience from a commercial organization working closely together with both management and the sales organization. You have a commercial mindset and are used to taking responsibility, being proactive and thrive with strong cross-functional collaboration with the different departments.
