Business Controller

About the role

Support Management and operational areas as a strategic business partner, providing financial and management analysis to optimize profitability and ensure the fulfillment of McDonald's strategic objectives.

What you'll do

• Preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
• Analysis of financial and operational KPIs.
• Periodic reporting to Management.
• Analysis of deviations and proposal of corrective actions.
• Evaluation of profitability by product, channel, and market.
• Financial support to commercial and operational areas (business partnering).
• Identification of opportunities for improvement in costs and efficiency.
• Support in internal control processes, audits, and compliance in the accounting and labor area.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
• Expert level in Excel and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAGE, accounting and labor modules).
• Strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, assertiveness, and results-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• MBA or specialization in Management Control is valued.
