- Administer enterprise generative AI platforms
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing and validation
- Coordinate with software vendors
- Develop AI prompts and agents from user needs
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles
- Manage platform configuration and security settings
- Manage user access and role-based access control
- Provide customer support for AI services
- Provision deprovision and review user access
- Resolve access capability billing quota and model issues
- Track support requests and identify recurring issues
