Business Data Analyst
Summary
Analyze large-scale crypto exchange transaction data using SQL and Python to identify business opportunities, design KPIs, and produce strategic reports for executives.
You will analyze large-scale exchange transaction data to identify business opportunities and produce actionable insights for service improvement. You will turn findings into clear and persuasive reports for relevant departments and executives, design and manage KPIs, build a systematic metrics management framework, and contribute to business strategy and execution. You will use SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale exchange transaction data to identify business opportunities and actionable service improvement insights
- Derive business insights and write clear persuasive strategic reports for relevant departments and executives
- Design and manage KPIs and build a systematic metrics management framework
- Contribute to business strategy and execution using analytical findings
- Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in data analysis
- Experience investing in cryptocurrency and a deep understanding of and strong interest in cryptocurrency markets
- Proficiency in data manipulation analysis and visualization using SQL and Python
- Extensive experience analyzing complex data deriving business insights and reporting findings
- Experience collecting and using data through APIs
- Experience with quantitative investing such as chart analysis and algorithmic trading
- Experience using cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP
- Experience presenting data-driven reports and communicating with executives
