Business Data Analyst

This is a remote position.

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and outliers.
  
• Analyze business processes and operations to identify areas for improvement.
  
• Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in the said role.
  
• Understanding of pricing and underwriting insurance principles and data.
  
• Understanding of Property & Casualty data related to risks & losses.
  
• Utilization of IOT and how data is used to help with P&C rating.
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to talk with business partners to pull needed.
  Knowledge in property and casualty is a plus.
  
• Experience with Guide wire is a plus.
