Job Summary
Apply knowledge of manufacturing business processes and data warehouse concepts to analyse data, develop insights, and support business solutions. The role involves requirements documentation, technical data mapping, stakeholder communication, cross-functional collaboration, and JIRA backlog and sprint management .
Responsibilities
- Use functional understanding of manufacturing business processes to support analysis and solution development.
- Write Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and prepare Source-to-Target Mapping , including technical data mapping.
- Apply knowledge of data warehouse concepts to data analysis and business requirements.
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and relationships .
- Develop hypotheses to explain observations and recommend solutions.
- Use statistical methods to analyse data and draw conclusions.
- Communicate findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders, and prepare reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, monitor results, and recommend improvements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and stay current with industry trends, best practices, and company products and services.
- Train new employees on company processes and procedures.
- Create and manage JIRA product backlogs and support sprint planning.
