<p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>As a <b>Business Data Analyst, </b>you will be<b> </b>responsible for assessing business operations and analytics focused on addressing specific business problems through different data solutions that may/may not exist. Specifically, providing simple to complex business analysis work to a project/initiative in the cloud data platform.</p><p></p><p><b>How you'll contribute</b></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: Roboto;">Gather the data requirements needs of Business Users to facilitate the development of solutions to satisfy data needs for integration, data analysis, and reports</span></li><li>Advise on data model design and implement solutions that prepare data for data lakes, data marts, and data frames</li><li>Understanding and creating business requirements and being able to elaborate this with the functional needs of a technology solution</li><li>Analyzes and reviews business requirements through collaborative discussions with business and technology</li><li>Good understanding of Agile Development methodologies</li><li>Good understanding of information systems and data life cycle management best practices and methodologies</li><li>Experience or knowledge with SQL Database, Pyspark, and other AWS tools and services</li><li>Help businesses determine the best solution to current business data challenges and explore new technologies</li><li>Works together with the technical team and/or solutions provider in reviewing the functional specifications by identifying gaps, if any, to ensure that the solution design satisfies the business requirement</li><li>Ensuring an efficient data structure capable of feeding the reporting platform (Quicksight)</li></ul><p><b>What we're looking for</b></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: Roboto;">At least 5 years of relevant experience</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Roboto;">Requires experience/in-depth knowledge of business and business analysis</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Roboto;">With strong time management skills, can multitask, and is highly organized</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Roboto;">Knowledgeable in project/change management and understanding, analyzing information and problem solving, initiatives planning</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Roboto;">Good understanding of Data lake, Datamarts, and Dataframe.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Roboto;">Knowledgeable in Datawarehouse concepts</span></li></ul><li></li><li></li><li style=""><b>About Security Bank</b></li><li style=""></li><li style="">Security Bank is one of the Philippines’ best capitalized private domestic universal banks.
