As the business continues to expand, the Company is strengthening its data-driven management capabilities to improve operational efficiency, business performance and decision-making across its F&B operations.
We are seeking a Business Data & Analytics Manager (F&B Operations) to develop and manage data analytics capabilities that support restaurant operations, management reporting and business planning.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing operational and commercial data and translating analytical findings into practical business insights for management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyse sales, revenue and outlet performance data to identify business trends and performance drivers.
- Develop statistical and analytical models to support business planning and operational decision-making.
- Analyse inventory, procurement and purchasing data to identify cost and efficiency opportunities.
- Analyse labour and manpower data to support workforce planning and productivity improvement.
- Develop management reports, dashboards and performance indicators for management review.
- Consolidate and analyse operational data generated from multiple F&B outlets and business functions.
- Conduct quantitative analysis of customer, sales and operational information.
- Identify trends, anomalies and operational issues through statistical and data analysis.
- Develop forecasting and performance-monitoring models where appropriate.
- Establish structured data collection, validation and reporting processes.
- Work with management and operational teams to translate business questions into analytical projects.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives using quantitative and statistical methods.
- Support management in using data-driven insights for outlet development, business planning and resource allocation.
- Conduct research and analytical studies relating to F&B operations, customer behaviour and business performance.
- Prepare analytical reports, presentations and visualisations for senior management.
- Improve the Company's internal data analytics and reporting capabilities as the business expands.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline.
- Strong knowledge of statistics, data analysis and quantitative research methods.
- Experience in statistical analysis, research, business analytics or a related analytical function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Experience preparing analytical reports, visualisations, dashboards or management presentations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex analytical findings into practical business recommendations.
