We’re looking for a highly motivated Business Designer who bridges product strategy and service design to bring new products to life for large corporations.
You will dive into an industry, conduct research to map the problem space, form hypotheses about the solution and turn the evidence into a coherent vision tied to the client objectives.
What you will do:
translate open-ended problems into product concepts and value propositions
build a business case: business model, market sizing, key assumptions
conduct deep trend analysis and research relevant players in a market
map and design end-to-end exceptional customer and service experiences
define strategic roadmaps aligned with business priorities and measurable outcomes
What you will bring:
+3 years as an innovation consultant, venture architect, strategic or service designer
strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into concrete plans
business fluency: general understanding of business models and economics highly preferable
AI fluency: practitioner knowledge of AI-native workflows to accelerate parts of the process
clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills
