BUSINESS DEVELOPER – KORK
KORK is a luxury real estate development platform focused on prime and ultra-prime residential projects on the Costa del Sol.
We apply institutional standards to luxury real estate development through disciplined execution, financial control, risk management and professional project delivery.
We are currently expanding our network and looking for an entrepreneurial Business Developer to help us grow the platform, source opportunities and build strategic relationships across the Real estate sector.
The Role
The selected candidate will play a key role in:
Developing relationships with Real Estate Agents, investors, landowners and strategic partners
Expanding KORK’s professional network within the Costa del Sol luxury market
Generating new business opportunities and off-market deals
Representing the company in meetings, events and high-level networking environments
Supporting the long-term growth and positioning of the platform
This is not a traditional sales role.
We are looking for someone with leadership potential, ownership mentality and ambition to grow into a senior executive position within the company.
Candidate Profile
· Strong business development or relationship management skills
· Excellent communication and networking abilities
· Knowledge of the Costa del Sol real estate agency market and key industry players
· Existing network within the luxury real estate sector on the Costa del Sol is highly valued
· Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of professionalism
· English required
· Spanish highly valued
