Business Developer

Open 42d
PayPipes is our in-house payment orchestration platform which “acts as the brain” on top of the whole payment flow, built to help merchants optimize, simplify and unify their processing, transactions and increase their revenue. It's a product we're proud of, and now we're looking for a Business Developer to grow it. Your job is to find merchants who need better payment infrastructure, connect them with the right PSPs, and make the case for PayPipes along the way.

What you will work on:

The role lives at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and market presence. You're not just closing deals - you're building the network that makes those deals possible in the first place.
  • Actively prospect and approach merchants in high-risk verticals: forex, prop trading, gambling & gaming, crypto.
  • Work inbound leads from partners, qualify them fast, and keep the momentum going.
  • Build your own outbound pipeline using AI: scraping target merchants, personalised outreach, email sequences, follow-ups.
  • Demo PayPipes and articulate the value clearly.
  • Map the PSP market continuously and open new partnerships so every merchant profile has a viable onboarding path.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with PSPs and maintain a clear, updated view of the situation on the market.
  • Own deals from first contact through qualification, platform sale, PSP selection, contracting, and onboarding hand-off.
  • What we expect from you:

  • You can take a no and not take it personally - rejection is part of the job, and your reaction is to look for another way in, not to close the tab.
  • You're genuinely good with people - merchants and PSP partners should walk away from a call with you feeling heard and respected.
  • You're comfortable with AI tools in your daily workflow — lead generation, outreach sequences, content, market research.
  • You like payments. Not as a checkbox, but actually curious about how card processing, crypto, bank transfers, e-wallets, and APMs fit together.
  • You have solid English — confident in a call with a C-level merchant and in writing professional outreach alike.
  • What we offer:

  • 25 days of holiday and 5 sick days
  • At our Brno office (open to you whenever you're in town) you can find gym, sauna, regular coffee & fresh fruit
  • Cafeteria budget — use it on Multisport, pension contribution (DIP), coaching, or other perks of your choice
  • A great team of people from across the world
  • Annual company off-site — we work from somewhere new, mix in sports and outdoor activities, and actually enjoy it
  • All the hardware you need
