Salary: Commission Based
Duties:
• Manage and undertake a Sales Cycle.
• Effectively and positively manage the relationship with both clients and candidates.
• Undertake personal business development and account management.
• Effective client management by developing and maintaining business relationships by forming a better understanding of clients’ needs through client site visits, presentations and follow-ups.
• Contract negotiation with clients, and candidates.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales, account management
• Understanding and experience in IT Staffing/professional services
• Effective Communication skills
• Customer Service Training
• Ability to proficiently use MS Office suite programs
